This notice explains how information submitted through the ApexGaming.fp sponsorship and callback inquiry form is used.

1. Information you submit
When you contact ApexGaming.fp about a potential campaign, the form may collect your brand or company name, your name, business email address, contact number (only needed for a callback request), preferred callback window, promotion category, estimated budget, campaign goal, timeline and message.
2. How the information is used
The information is used to review your inquiry, assess whether the campaign is a fit, respond to your questions, prepare a proposal and—when you request it—contact you about a callback. Your contact details are not displayed publicly on the media-kit website.
3. Form processing provider
The inquiry form is submitted through Formspree, which processes the form data and routes submissions according to the form's account settings. Formspree may process data under its own terms and privacy practices. Please review Formspree's privacy policy for information about its handling of submitted data.
4. Sharing and retention
Inquiry details are not intentionally published or sold. They may be accessible to the person managing the ApexGaming.fp inbox and to the service provider needed to deliver the form. Information may be retained for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, manage a potential business relationship or meet applicable obligations.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently include a first-party advertising or analytics tracker. The page loads web fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact form sends submissions to Formspree. Those third-party services may process technical request data under their own policies.
6. Your choices
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in the campaign brief. If you want to request correction or deletion of an inquiry you submitted, contact @apexgaming.fp on Instagram and include enough context to help identify the request. Do not send passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information.
